I want to use level 2 format

Hi,

My master slide has a centered heading, then a blank line, and then
levels 2, 3 & 4 are indented bullets.

When my slide doesn't have a centered heading, because it's continuing
stuff from the last slide, how do I get the first line of text to
follow level 2's format? It always wants to treat the first line as my
centered heading.

Another problem I'm having is that even the slides with headings are
showing the first line of text as a centered heading without a bullet.

Also, can I get my slides to use the same tabs as my master slide?

I'd certainly appreciate the help. My presentation is in 14 files, but
it's about 800 slides, and I want to change the formating so it's a big
job fixing everything manually.

Thanks,

Michele

Assuming you are using PowerPoint XP-2003, you should duplicate your master
slide. On the second set, change the first line to be the level 2 indent.
Now for all slides that are continuations from the previous change the
master slide to your 'page 2' master.

Hi Troy,

Thanks. I finally figured out how to use two masters. Not an obvious
task, especially since PowerPoint wouldn't let go of my old formatting
until I copied and pasted special.

I appreciate your help.
