I want to turn off Windows Firewall and security center

I have ZA and don't want windows Firewall runing ..at all.I don't want the
silly little message that pops up syaing"Your computer may be at
risk"...blah...blah. I saw in this NG that ZA will turn off MSFW but I see
that the security senter is says Firewall is on...in contron panel I have the
firewall off(not reqemended) button clicked. But the security center say it's
on...I want it off for good.

The Security Center is telling you that you have "a" firewall
installed and running. In your case this is Zone Alarm.
Security Center looks for the presence of a firewall, not
whether you're using the Windows firewall.

If you want to turn off alerts click on "Change the way
Security Center alerts me. Uncheck the boxes for the alerts you
don't wish to receive.
