I have started a new job as a PA and my new boss wants me to read his emails
and move them into the subfolders which he has opened up in his computer. He
has given me full access to his inbox but how can I get access to the other
folders? I may also need to make new ones for additional items. He doesn't
know how to give me access other than his inbox.
