I want to make a word Template witch is printing to tray 3 and another
template witch is printing to Tray 2! Anyone how knew how to do???

Look at File | Page Setup (3rd tab from left).

There you can assign trays to a whole document (or a section, or the
first/even/odd pages of a section) individually. Note that Word offers
you there the trays accessible to it through the currently set printer
driver. Once that is changed, don't presume anything sensible (i.e., if
you print the document to a different printer ...).
