how to print letter and matching envelope template

How do I print a letter and matching envelope template? I downloaded your
blue template and after the mail merge, the envelope prints fine, but the
letter prints on another envelope instead of switching to the letter tray.
Our printer is a color Laser HP 4550 with 2 trays, tray 1 for envelopes and
tray 2 for paper.

I have "2 trays" and I have selected "tray 1 for envelopes and tray 2 for
paper". Sound familiar?

In the mail merge main document, do you have Section 1 set to print from
Tray 1 and Section 2 set to print from Tray 2? These settings are on the
Paper Source tab of Page Setup in Word 2000 and earlier, the Paper tab of
Word 2002 and 2003.
