I want outlook to show emails as from alias not my real email add.

I have an email alias, but when I send emails they always go out with my
email address given by my service provider rather than my alias, can I change
this?

Probably not easily. When you say "Alias" do you mean a different e-mail
address or just a display name?

Change the E-mail Address setting in your account to reflect the alias
address rather than the real address.
