From Field from a different email alias

We have about 5 different email alias from 5 different domains in Exchange
2003. We want to send email from different email aliases and have that be
seen in the receipient's mail header, instead of always from the default
email alias. What can we do?

I went to your site and looked at setform and also chooseform. Can't get
either to work. I will purchase it as soon as I can get it working. Do you
have a phone number that I can call for help. Thank you.
