i want my computer as new

im giving my computer to my uncle but he wants it "as NEW" meaning as it was
when it came out the box with nothing already on it so he can do it all
himself.
So how do i do this i tried system restore but that dosnt work as it only
goes back a few months.

Use the manufacturers (those who sold it to you) instructions on how to do
it.
Or - put simply - format and reinstall the OS and updates and applications
that came with your computer from the restoration media provided.
