I want all docs to open in print layout - not reading layout form.

I want all docs to open in print layout - not reading layout form...
Every time I open Word 2003 now, it opens in the "reading layout" format.
This annoys me as I edit documents and I almost always need to know what it's
actual printed layout will be. This adds time and effort for me that is
unnessessary.

I would simply like to have whatever default changed. But for some reason I
cannot find the option and the help files show nothing about how to change it.

Sigh. This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not an WORD newsgroup. Please at
least glance at a group before posting to it so you will know if it is
appropriate for your question.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. It's not your fault, it's
Microsoft's misleading web design.
