Dear M$,
I wish a return on the $400.00 i have spent on xp pro
and office pro. Does anyone know how to go about this?
My certified xp reseller says it is not his problem.

Thank You,

Just curious.. If your "certified xp reseller says it is not his problem",
what reason does he give?

Just a guess: there's no way for the retailer to know if the key's been
used or not, unless we're talking about unopened retail copies, which I
doubt. If the retailer takes it back and the key has been used, and he
re-sells it, he's risking having someone accuse him of piracy, selling
multiple copies, etc., even have someone report him to Microsoft. And it's
doubtful he's going to want to take it back just to throw it away.
