I upgraded to WMM2, and now it does not work, help PLZ!

I can bring in music, but the second I place still photes on the story board it freezes up or will give me an error massage saying "and error has occured" how generic is that!? can anyone help?? please e-mail me @ (e-mail address removed). thanks -MO
