I update IE patch KB867801 Saturday my Keyboard is not working

I update IE patch KB867801 Saturday and now most of my
Keyboard dosn't work. Many of the keys dont work or adds
aditional letters or numbers.

HELP
I am have IE6 on a win 98 machine
