I try to open a file in word it says it is unavailable

I can't open any saved file. I get told it is unavailable What do I do to
open this file???????????? PPLEASE HELP
 
If you are running Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in.

to make it simple for you, Please search for the tile officeav.dll and rename
it to oldofficeav.bak
