I think I deleted my entire Inbox!

Holy crap. I think I just deleted allllll of my emails. Help! Can I get them
back after permanantly deleting them??? Is that an oxy-moron? Ahhh HELP! I'm
at work.

Unless you have deleted them from your ISP's server - you will probably be
able to download them using another Email programme such as Outlook Express.

Did you empty your deleted items folder? If not, recover from there.
If you did empty the deleted items folder, are you connecting to an Exchange
server? If so, you can recover your deleted items, only IF the
Exchange/Network Admin has enabled this feature. Open your deleted items
folder, click on the Tools menu, scroll to "recover deleted items" and you
should see your emails there.

If you're attached to an Exchange Server there's a way but otherwise you
might be out of luck, unless as the previous poster mentioned, the mail
items are still on your mail server.
