Recover deleted Email - not on exchange server

Hello,

I use Outlook 2002 with a POP3 mail account through my ISP (not exchange).
This morning, I accidently deleted the contents of my inbox (permanently
deleted as opposed to sending it to the deleted items box). I do not use
autoarchive and have never saved the PST file off somewhere else. Is there
anything I can do?
