I Still don't know how to save a copy of my emails in the server

I still cannot solve this problem, please tell me the exact steps of how to
enable or leaving a copy of my E-mails on the server. Also, please make sure
that we talking about Microsoft Outlook 2007. Thank you.

Easy way - Control Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts->Highlight your account->Change->More Settings->Advanced Tab.
