I set exchange server in outlook by mistake and now it wont open

When first starting outlook I set exchange server by mistake instead of pop3.
Now when I start outlook it asks me for the exchange server name which I do
not have. It then states that it can not open outlook off line and shuts
down. How do I get to the setting of outlook 2003 to remove the exchange
server setting when I can not open the program???

Please help
 
Control Panel->Mail Icon->remove the Exchange server account and install
your POP3 account.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
