I sent email but it is not sent. It shows only in the outbox.

Also make sure to first press Send in the message itself. Do not compose
messages in the Outbox. If you edit a message there, you must press Send
again. Then select Send receive. Of course you have your acct set up properly
and have tested it to check the settings.
