I receive an attachment and its scrambled how can I chance it

i received a report and its all scrambled. how do I make it readable

From the amount of information you have provided, it is impossible to
answer. However, my crystal ball prompts me to guess and say that you are
trying to open a Word 2007 document with Word 2003 (or earlier) and you
haven't installed the compatibility pack)
