I really need help!

we had to restore the message database on our outlook 2003 server. now,
one of our users has 8 messages (3 unread) in her deleted items folder.
the messages have no subject, recipient, sent date or message. they do
have a received of "none". you cannot open them but you can see them
listed there.

how can those "ghost" messages be deleted?
how can the unread message count go back to 0 instead of 3?

thanks for your help

Have an admin log in to her mailbox. Usually these kinds of messages are
marked "private" by the sender and can only be removed by an admin.
