i only get one image saved after creating interactive buttons

i have looked at the help and demo etc and in each example a rollover and
pressed image are created.. this doesnt happen for me, so when the pointer
rolls over the button in preview mode the other 2 images do not appear
although the link works.

Make sure in the IB dialog you select the last tab (Images ) and activate them

Sorry for being a pain but i assume IB means Interactive button but where is
the dialog? i can not find an option to "activate"?!

on my third tab "Image" i have the following options...

width, height,
Tick boxes for maintain proportions
create hover
create pressed

option button between jpeg and gif and a colour background option

and finally a "overwrite original images" check box
