i need to upload a webpage via ftp for someone as a favour!! help!!

I've only ever used FP to create the website www.chart-breakouts.co.uk

Heres my question.For instance my webpage contains about 13 pages which
obviously i upload individually via the "publish to web" in Fpage.

How do i do this if i was to upload this site via FTP?

It seems i can only upload one page which i then have to change to
index.htmlto make it become a webpage.Help!!
 
If you FTP to that site you will break the FP extensions.
If you have a current local web of this site, make your changes locally then
File | Publish via http:// method.
Or if they are minor changes you can open the site "live" and make the
changes directly on the server.
