I need to set up an auto responder email

is Outlook Express able to do this function? If so, how do I set it up.

That's probably the worst thing you'd want to do. It would send verifications to
all spammers that your address is valid.....and then you'll really be inundated
with spam.

If you still want to pursue this, ask the question in an Outlook Express
newsgroup. Also specify the version of IE/OE you're using.

This newsgroup covers issues with MS Outlook 97/98/2000/2002/2003.
