I need to set up 100 envelopes each with different return address

I need to set up and print 100 envelopes each with a different return
address. I would like to set it up so that I can save the information in
Word and then print them out at the same time. But be able to access the
information whenever needed without having to retype it all again.

The feature you should use is "mail merge". Read
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm. Note that you can
choose to merge to envelopes instead of labels; that is discussed in the
same article.

If you really do mean a different 'return' address then you would need to
put the return address fields in the return address position on the envelope
instead of (or in addition to) the addressee fields in the address section.
You can download envelope templates from my web site that you can modify to
your requirements.
