I need to print a booklet in 8.5 x 14 folded in half

I am new to Word and need to print a booklet in 8.5 x 14" format folded in
half so the booklet is 8.5 x 7. Pages are numbered. Word perfect had a
feature that does this already, but I cannot figure out how to make Word97 or
2000 do this.
