I have a paragrahp which is wrapping the phrase 2 seconds by putting "2" on
one line and "seconds" on the next line. I must keep the phrase "2 seconds"
together. How do I do this? I am using Word 2003.

Insert the nonbreaking space (Ctrl+Shift+spacebar) character instead of the
regular space after the 2.

Instead of an ordinary space, you need a non-breaking space.
Ctrl-Shift-Spacebar
