How to fix depends on why you're in Safe Mode. Any messages when you boot?
What are they? Is your copy of XP activated? If no, XP will operate in Safe
Mode only until you complete activation. See Help file for details.
Also, Safe Mode pops up a big warning that you're going to be working in
Safe Mode. You have to click OK to proceed. Does that warning appear? If
no, you're not in Safe Mode. Adjust your display properties. Install a new
display driver if you do not have the usual available choices for your
hardware available.
