This group exists so that people with WinXP problems or questions may
post them and receive replies that hopefully will solve these problems
or answer the questions.
There is nobody here whose function it is to send you updates,
especially when your request is of such a general nature (e.g. how old
is "latest"?), so you are not likely to get a response to such a
request.
