I need some Traffic Shaping Software of some form!

I need some Traffic Shaping Software of some form!

The reason being is that I have two adsl lines with
wired/wireless routers on both, but they are with
different ISP's but I need to be able to connect to both
off just one PC and utilise the bandwith as if it where 1
connection.

So can someone help me with this problem and solve it for
me.

The requirement you describe was available with Windows 98 for dial up modems and ISDN modem connections, however in that case one needed to be connected ti the same ISP throught the two modem types. Furthermore this had to be supported at the ISP's end as well

I have not seen anything of duplexing with XP.
