I need some Opinions

I have a co-worker who has Windows XP on her machine along
with Easy CD Creator 5 Platium. It isnt working correctly
and I have loaded all the updates. She is able to burn
data CDs, but when she tries to burn multiple data CDs, it
will burn a few and then her computer will completely
freeze up and will have to press the power button to
restart it.
So I went and read some reviews on it and most people say
not to use it with Windows XP cuz it is such a pain. So i
thought that maybe the newer version Easy CD & DVD Creator
6.0 would be better, but I cant find as many review on
that.
My question for all of you is do you prefer to use Easy CD
& DVD Creator 6.0 or if you dont think this software is
the way to go what software would work the best.
FYI --all we use it for is to burn data disk, if that
makes any difference.
Please email me at (e-mail address removed)

Thanks in advance!

Hi, Deidre:

Your newsreader is "Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000" and to be honest, I
don't have any idea what that is. But in Outlook Express, which is what I'm
using, there is an option to increase the number of headers downloaded at a
time, and I'd imagine your newsreader has a similar option somewhere. You
can probably also "refresh headers" and manually download what ever number
of headers you like manually.

I think it's too late to worry about deleting those earlier posts now-
they're "out there" now. I may be wrong on that point but I wouldn't worry
too much about it anyway- it happens all the time and it's not really a big
deal. A Google search of the newsgroups would probably show that I've done
it myself (!)

Anyway, I hope you and your friend found some of those earlier responses
helpful- now that you've finally found them! ;)

Regards,
Ian.
