I need some help with some error messages

Hello everyone. I have a question, maybe someone can help
me. I keep getting 2 error messages when I switch betwee
user on WinXP. First message is "cannot open debug file
and failed to initialize network access" Can some one tell
me how to correct this?
 
This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft Access, the Database product. Your
question would probably be better answered in a newsgroup dedicated to
WinXP.
