I NEED HELP

I was changing my default video adapter in the display
advanced section and accidently disabled all devices
including the default device after it done an automatic
reboot my screen became all blurry so i cant see to fix
it from inside windows xp however i do have windows 98 se
on the same comp using a different hard drive so i can get
online but can someone tell how to solve this accident.

Try booting to safe mode and changing your display adapter from there. In
safe mode, only generic drivers are used so it should be OK. Turn on your
PC and after the BIOS has done it's but, start tapping F8 until the boot
menu appears.

You will not be able to change any XP setting from within Win98...
