i need help

hi, i am really confused and my computer isnt letting me
download a number of things, it tells me to put the disk
in \Device\Harddisk1\DR1 and i have no idea what that
means or how to fix it, but nothing downloads when the
error message comes up

Is your hard drive called DR1? Is it full up? Can you even access it? It
sounds as if your PC cannot access the hard drive called DR1. This can be
for a number of reasons, usually the failure of a drive... sometimes the
failure of the ribbon cable connecting the drive to the motherboard or even
the power cable in the actual drive. Check all connections to and from the
drive called DR1.
