I need help!

I switched over from Windows 2000 to XP. When I open multiple windows , say
in Internaet Explorer, all are bunched under 1 tab at the bottom instead of 1
tab for each window. How can I make it work just like Windows 2000?

Uncheck "Group Similar Taskbar Buttons" checkbox in the Taskbar and Start
Menu Properties (right-click on the taskbar/start button and choose
properties.)
