I need help with profiles in Outlook 2003.

I've setup profiles for multiple users on one pc, and I have prompt for
password selected. But when a user select his/her profile it opens without
prompting for a password. How can I stop this?

What is set to prompt for a password? An account? A PST file? Maybe the user
checked the option to save passwords in Windows?
