You'll first have to set some Custom Animation on those bullets -- and then
the Enter key will work, also the spacebar or the N key will do the same
thing.
To add the animation, select the text placeholder, activate the Animations
tab on the Ribbon, and click Custom Animation to summon the task pane of the
same name. Click the Add Effect button, choose Entrance, and then any of the
effects in the resultant flyout. If you don't want it to appear animated,
just choose the Appear effect.
By default each bullet will animate on click (or by pressing the Enter key,
spacebar or N key).
