i need help with outlook 2003 synchronising with my hotmail

outlook synchronised with my hotmail account perfectly
until i changed my password on hotmail, ive done all the steps that i can
do, e.g, ive gone to tools/email accounts and configured everything correctly
but its still not letting me sync
any suggestions why

Ask MSN. Perhaps the new password gave you a new Hotmail acct and you lost
access to your free acct since Outlook cannot be used with new free accts.
You must pay for a Plus acct to use OL.

but im not sure where i can email MSN
because outlook is only for Paying customers,
theyve took away the free support, and to get help i need to be a paying
customer
so where would i go from here?
