I need help with IMPORTING graphics

I have two graphics programs (Broderbund) that are supposed to be XP
compatible, but they will not import pictures of my own, or even the
graphics on the program. I have tried everything that Broderbund
Support has suggested, even updating my video driver, but to no avail.
Can anybody make a suggestion?

It's worth a shot to delete everything in the TEMP (start/run, type :
%TEMP%) folder. Restart and test.
