net framework 1.1

I am all of a sudden having trouble opening up my program Print Shop 20 that
needs NET Framewoek 1.1 to run. I have tried uninstalling the progrom and
also the Microsoft Net Framework in add & Remove programs. Everything was
reinstalled and I also went to microsoft site to install from their site the
Net Framework, as suggested by Broderbund (printshop). And it still doesn't
work. At this point I don't even know what other programs might not be
working that access this program (Net Framework). Can you help me in this
issue.

The Microsoft download site has .NET Framework 1.1 and .NET Framework 1.1
SP1 - did you download and install either or both?

I downloaded the NET Framework 1.1. I did not see a download for NET
Framework 1.1 SP!. Where can I find the SP1

In ref to my problem of net.framework 1.1. I believe my dell system came with
SP@. Secondly what is really weird is that when I go to another user that is
not an admin. I can open the rpogram with no problem. I tried changing the
the admin to limited user and I still can't open it in that user name. I have
a third user that also has admin rights and I can't open it there either. I
have uninstalled the program a few times and it never gets fixed. So now I am
really puzzled. Any suggestions.
