I need help restoring a backed up pst file to outlook

My outlook was backed up by the techs at the computer shop. Backup is called
Outlook Backup.pst After computer was rebuilt and file reloaded I tried to
import this file and it will not work. I have both outlook and outlook
express on my pc. Is there any way I can restore this file?
