Your mail service provider will typically have a web page that shows
how to set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the
last part of the email account you want to set up. If that is
@bak.rr.com, use the following settings:
incoming mail server: pop-server.bak.rr.com
outgoing mail server: smtp-server.bak.rr.com
