I need Help Installing Service Pack 2

I tried installing Service Pack 2 for Windows XP Home Edition and got an
"access denied" error. The one I downloaded was from the Windows Update
screen.

Should I try to download it from the one I find on the MS website that says
its for "IT Professionals and Developers", even thought it says "DO NOT CLICK
DOWNLOAD IF YOU ARE UPDATING JUST ONE COMPUTER: A smaller, more appropriate
download is now available on Windows Update."?

The message you saw about one computer is misleading.
With that download you get the full SP-2 and can burn it to CD for use on
one or more computers.
The express download only gets what your computer needs and can not be
reused on your or any other computer.
