I need help bad

I have a HP. When an error occurs it will come up with the
send error report or don't send. As soon as I double click
on my internet explorer that comes up and i can't get on
the internet to search the web. Please help mefix this
problem.

This is probably a parasite/malware problem.
Start with CWShredder 1.51 from http://www.zerosrealm.com/downloads.php
At 125 KB, CWShredder will fit on a floppy disk.

Then if necessary download, *update* and run Ad-aware and/or Spybot.
