I need a "Yes/No" template

I have couples attending an adoption seminar. They complete an intake form
creating their "parent profile" and what they want in an adoption experience.
We want to have predetermined suggestions of where they will succeed based
on yes/no answers to topics such as: Couple under 30 yrs, Couple 30-39 yrs,
Couple over 40 yrs; Desire child 0-6 months old, 7-12 months old, 1-2 years
old, etc; Couple desire Cauc, Couple desire Hisp, Couple desire Asian, etc.

Each topic we say "Yes" to creates their opportunities. i.e. a couple over
30, desiring Asian, can do a China adoption.. But, there could be 50 topics
we say "Yes" to. Is this possible with Access? Excel? It's all text, some
of the suggestions can be pretty long. Thank you.
