I need a redistributable .msi for the KB832414 hotfix.

I need to install the Hotfix for MSXML 4.0 Service Pack
2 - KB832414 Microsoft XML Parser on all the computers in
our organization. We have a 2000 Server AD environment
with all XP Pro Workstations.

The only way we have to deploy software is by using
Active Directory Policies to deploy .msi packages.

Does microsoft have the KB832414_MSXML4.0_x86.exe
available in an .msi format? I can't find it if they
do. Or does anyone know where I can get this hotfix in
a .msi format?

Microsoft does not release it's hotfixes in msi format. This is an often
requested feature so hopefully they will address this soon.
There are plenty of 3rd party applications you can buy for pushing out
hotfixes, I like hfnetchk pro from www.shavlik.com
