I make a chg. to a calendar/task how do my team members know

If I make changes on sharepoint for my team how are they notified? Do I need
to send them an e-mail if I have a task, change the team calendar or want to
do a survey and how am I notified if they make changes?
 
This is a Microsoft Access newsgroup. You seem to be asking an OUTLOOK
question, not an ACCESS question.
