I lost my tools and view menus. What did I do?

I lost my tools and view menus after I made some design changes to my
switchboard. How can I get them back?
 
1. Right-click on some blank area of the MenuBar and select Customize ...

2. In the ToolBars tab, select the "Menu Bar" ToolBar and then click the
Rest button.
