I lost internet explorer and outlook express

All of a sudden I am not able to communicate via
Explorer, Netscape nor my email programs.

I am getting no error messages. Just that pages are not
found.

I am using a cable connection through a router.
Three pcs are connected to the router and two of them are
working fine but mine, the third one does not.

I checked the device driver and there are no errors on my
card.

The network configuration says my connection is working
fine and lists the correct ip addresses, etc.

I was able to ping ok using the run/command.

Does anyone have any idea why all my communications would
just stop working when I have never had any problems
before?
