I lost access to all my printers!

When printing a certain PDF file, the first several pages printed repeatedly,
and then gave a Print Spooler message. If I try to print anything else, it
says I have no installed printers (2 network printers and a "print to PDF"
utility disappeared). If I try to "Add a new printer", I get "The print
spooler service is not running". A system restore to 2 days ago doesn't fix
the problem. Not believing it was the cause, we printed the same file on 3
PCs and ruined them all! Everyone else on the network has no issues.. any
ideas?

We are very small company, and have no IT support!

The printer spooler stopping is a sign of corrupted printer drivers.
Uninstall and reinstall your printers.

The printers disappeared by themselves, and if I click on "Add Printer", it
says it can't becausethe print spooler is missing.

If it's missing, then you'll need a Repair Installation of Windows. However
it's extremely rare that the print spooler goes AWOL for whatever reason.
