I keep receiving multiple copies of the same email.

I keep receiving multiple copies of the same email from a person within my
company. I use Outlook and she uses Outlook Express. Has anyone ever dealt
with this? I have received almost identical 50 messages in the last 12
hours. Web hosting provider claims it is a software error.

Do you have an AV scanning incoming/outgoing mail? IF yes, turn it off. It
is redundant and a pure marketing tools as your AV scans any mail when it is
opened, no need to scan on incoming.

account will be deleted without reading.
